Reception Children

  • White polo shirt
  • Grey tracksuit bottoms
  • Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
  • White or grey socks
  • Black school shoes or black trainers (must have black soles and no logos) - footwear must be suitable for climbing and running e.g good grip on sole, velcro or a buckle fastening.
  • Wellington boots and raincoat (all to be kept at school)
  • In the summer term, blue and white checked or striped dress or grey shorts may be worn

  • In summer only, after the Easter holidays: blue shorts and Branfil blue T-shirt  (available from Havering Schoolwear - see details below)

  • Key Stage 1 and 2 Children

  • Royal blue sweatshirt/cardigan
  • White shirt/blouse/polo shirt
  • Grey trousers
  • Grey pinafore dress/skirt
  • White or grey socks/tights (no leggings)
  • Black school shoes (no high heels or boots and as above must be suitable for climbing and running)

• Optional tailored grey short trousers  or blue/white check dress


• Branfil blue T-shirt (available from Havering Schoolwear)
• Blue shorts
• Black plimsolls
• Dark blue or black tracksuit or similar warm clothing for cold weather
• Trainers (for outdoor use)
• Long hair to be tied back

Swimming (Year 4 only)
All children require:

• Swimming costume for girls (no bikinis or tankinis)
• Swimming trunks or suitable sized swimming shorts for boys (no Bermuda shorts)
• Swimming cap
• Towel

Hair Accessories, nail varnish and jewellery
Please note that hair bows should be in school colours and no larger than 10cm.  Jewellery should not be worn except for discreet stud earings and a watch.

Children should not wear ear-rings for games, PE or dance lessons.  Ear-rings cannot be taped and if pupils are not able to remove their ear-rings they will be found alternative involvement such as a PE theory sheet.

Nail varnish should not be worn so please ensure that any children who attend pamper parties at the weekend remove their nail varnish in time for school on Monday.
