Paperwork to be completed/returned to school
Paperwork has been sent to all Parents/Carers whose children have been offered a place at Branfil Primary School in September 2020. These documents are available below.
The pack contains several documents:
- • a welcome booklet which will give you an overview about starting school and what a day in Reception will look like;
- • paperwork which will provide us with essential information about your child prior to them starting school, including a form to gather any information about medical or additional needs your child may have;
- • a form to provide the details of your child’s preschool; this helps us to gain their perspective on your child’s development so far;
- • a form for you to tell us about your preference for morning or afternoon sessions for the half day settling sessions from Thursday 10th September-Tuesday 15th September before the children start full time on Wednesday 16th September.
If your child has been offered a place at Branfil Primary School please can you complete all of the forms then send us either scanned copies or photographs of each page to the following email address: email@example.com. Please return all paperwork by Friday 22nd May 2020
